ABOUT ME
My name is Tyler Zenz. I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Grief Counselor, and I am also certified as a peer support specialist with lived experience in addiction and in recovery. I believe that recovery should be accessible to everyone, which is why I offer all services free of charge - eliminating the financial barrier that too often stands in the way of getting help.
Over the past five years, I have worked in a wide range of settings, including inpatient and residential treatment centers, correctional institutions, detox facilities, and outpatient clinics. Much of my work has focused on supporting individuals with both substance use and mental health challenges.
In addition to my clinical experience, I have also worked alongside law enforcement to provide in person crisis response for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or mental health crises. While I am not licensed to provide formal mental health treatment or diagnose mental health disorders, I can absolutely offer meaningful, supportive care for those navigating mental health challenges.
