 Everyone has a story.

Whether you have experienced the loss of a loved one, struggled with addiction, found hope after hardship, or simply have a life experience that may help someone else, I would be honored to hear it.

My hope is to create a space where people can share their experiences, so others know they are not alone. With your permission, stories may be shared through Stay and Talk, on social media, or included in future educational materials or books to help inspire, educate, and provide hope to others.
